About Client
PATH is a global organization working to accelerate health equity by bringing together innovation, expertise and partnerships to address critical public health challenges. In India, PATH works across health priorities including tuberculosis, supporting efforts that strengthen health systems and improve access to effective health interventions.
Business Challenge
PATH needed to reach vulnerable urban communities across Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune with relevant TB information and encourage people to take action. The campaign needed to drive two clear outcomes: online TB self-screening and volunteer registrations, while adapting communication to local audiences.
Business Impact
The campaign generated 820,000 website visits and 640,000 engaged sessions between 1 June and 31 July 2026. It drove 43,470 online TB self - screenings and 5,636 verified volunteer registrations - more than twice the campaign target of 2,469 registrations.
Small steps, such as helping people recognize TB symptoms, encouraging screening and creating opportunities for community participation, can contribute to stronger public health systems. The learnings from this campaign can help us explore how digital and community-based approaches can work together to reach more people, strengthen early action and support the broader response to TB.
