What will you do:

• Lead the client relationship and manage expectations through proper requirement gathering and deliverables.
• Support client team with ongoing business needs and analytics system maintenance.
• Develop a digital analytics strategy, specific to your industry and organization KPls.
• Support in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize processes and drive business growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KP|s) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modelling to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to advance overall business
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development.
• Awareness of Google Analytics / Web Analytics / Data Analytics on Digital data 
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
• Good communication and documentation skills 
• Statistical Analysis Knowledge will be appreciated
• Have business acumen & Dashboarding skills - Looker Studio, PowerBl, Tableau, etc.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive, passionate about driving business results and continuous improvement.
